8. Rental Terms

For vehicle rentals, the following additional terms apply:

• Renter must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license
• Credit card is required for all reservations
• Vehicle must be returned clean and in the same condition as rented
• Renter is responsible for any damage, traffic violations, or toll charges
• Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to rental date for full refund
• Late returns will be charged at 1.5x the daily rate

9. Purchase Terms

For vehicle purchases through GridLock Motors:

• All vehicles are sold as-is unless otherwise specified
• Full payment is required before vehicle delivery
• Transfer of ownership documents will be provided upon completion of payment
• A 7-day inspection period is available from the date of purchase
• No refunds are permitted after the inspection period unless vehicle has undisclosed major defects

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Accra, Ghana.
